Dr. Kwame Ntim is awesome. He is very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and funny. He’s always ask me how I am feeling overall and if I have any concerns about my health. I really trust Dr. Ntim and he has really educated me about my health issues and my thyroid is under control. I feel good about my health and I have more confidence. I highly recommend Dr. Kwame Ntim.

Doctor, nurse and receptionists are all very friendly, helpful, concerned, and caring. We were seen on time. There would be no reason to forget your appointments because notifications are sent by text and voicemail. I love this team.

Dr. Ntim was wonderful. He took time to explain everything in great detail (scientific explanations and drawings included) and listened and answered all my questions. He was friendly, understanding, and positive. Had a great visit and I trust his expertise with my issue!

I was looking for an endocrinologist; I had a referral from another specialist. I called 3 endocrinologist under my insurance plan . All were booked until at least 6 months out. When I called Elite Endocrinology I received a warm reception from the office . A lovely voice answered the phone and provided excellent and efficient customer service . Her name is Jay . She immediately asked what my needs were .. checked the availability; asked me to forward necessary documents etc. she was extremely timely and efficient in her follow up . I am grateful she was diligent and able to have me scheduled. The front office is always the first step in customer service in operating any business. When I arrived for my appointment Jay and her assistant were prompt in providing additional paper work . I had been delayed on arrival as I was lost in transit; the front office said not to worry the Dr. would see me . When we met Dr . Ntim was extremely friendly and warm . I have to say he had a nice warm smile . He introduced us to a resident in training , Both physicians were thorough in evaluating my symptoms - Dr. Ntim continued to thoroughly explain to me what might be the issues with my current symptoms I immediately felt at ease listening to his explanation. The resident was additionally pleasant , professional and thorough in her evaluation. Dr Ntim ordered additional labs - front office admin team was prompt in forwarding necessary information to lab- we have scheduled follow up. Thank you Elite Endocrinology and Dr. Ntim . I highly recommend this team and Dr.Ntim. .
